Join our Digital Learning team.
At Humber River Health, our Digital Learning team plays a pivotal role in the development of education for all projects and digital upgrades, design and implementation of a proficiency review to assess staff’s knowledge and identify any gaps post roll out.  This includes the scheduling, organizing and facilitation of monthly onboarding education sessions for new staff and staff returning from LOA.   


We are currently seeking a M365 Digital Learning Instructor to work with our Digital Learning Team.  This person is primarily responsible to build and implement a formal program for ongoing M365 change management and the effective training and roll-out of future product evolutions within our organization. This work will entail the establishment and operation of a governance structure for ongoing management and at the elbow support for users as we transition everyone in the M365 application.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for leading, developing and facilitating M365 adult learning to professionally regulated staff
  • Perform business requirement gathering sessions
  • Perform post on-boarding optimization evaluation to identify and address training gaps related to M365
  • Create a formal program for the M365 implementation and ongoing roll out of future product evolutions within the organization
  • Work collaboratively with Innovation Excellence and Digital Learning Team to incorporate change management components to facilitate buy-in and adoption of M365 applications
  • Responsible to validate ongoing staff competency in all optimal workflows, and communicate to ICAT any gaps/challenges identified for process improvement
  • In collaboration with Digital Learning Team, develop, document and communicate M365 training content, validation scenarios and provide at the elbow support to end users
  • Actively work with M365 Champions to facilitate knowledge transfer as the M365 program evolves
  • In collaboration with Digital Learning Team, perform annual review of all training and support for staff for proficiency with M365 application
  • Identify all areas of improvement related to training, implementation, knowledge transfer and at the elbow support requirement quarterly
  • Act as subject matter expert in all related M365 application roll outs
  • Provide voice of client to application adoption, training methodology, rollout and support stages
  • Perform other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • M365 Certification required 
  • Bachelor's Degree in a health sciences field or education
  • Master’s level degree in Informatics or Education preferred
  • Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience in Adult Learning
  • Minimum 1-2 years expert level experience as a Microsoft Office Specialist
  • Technical proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Experience with Meditech documentation systems preferred
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, tact and diplomacy
  • Strong analysis, problem solving and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well as independently 
  • Excellent attendance and discipline free record required.
