Job Summary: The Nurse Practitioner, Geriatric Medicine, will take on a leadership role within program related to priority areas of our Seniors Care strategy, including Dementia, Delirium, Depression, senior friendly care. The nurse practitioner will provide clinical care in our Geriatric Consultation Service along with our Geriatricians. This Nurse Practitioner role works in collaboration and consultation with physicians and other medical staff, nursing and members of the inter-professional health care team to respond to the specialized needs of older adults. The Nurse Practitioner works in partnership with all relevant stakeholders, excelling in all four domains of their practice: clinical care, leadership, education and research.
