We are currently looking for two (2) Temporary Full-Time Stummer Students to be a part of the Human Resources Teams  

 

Employment Status: Temporary Full-Time 
Duration: June 1, 2026 - August 28, 2026 
Hours of Work: Days, Monday – Friday 

Report Relationship: Directors of Human Resources 

Location:  Hennick Humber Hospital (Wilson Site) 

Employee Group: Non-Union 

Salary Range: $20.00 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support project-based initiatives focused on modernizing HR tools, templates, and documentation to improve consistency, usability, and overall effectiveness 
  • Contribute to the organization, standardization, and maintenance of HR materials within SharePoint, HRIS and other systems  
  • Assist in streamlining processes by organizing, structuring, and maintaining information across key People activities, including recruitment, onboarding, and program documentation 
  • Support project initiatives, such as updating and standardizing job descriptions, job postings, employment agreements, and other templates to align with organizational standards and best practices 
  • Contribute to the consolidation and organization of information from various processes to support more consistent tracking and reporting capabilities 
  • Provide support on select, defined organizational priorities, which may include organizing and maintaining documentation, preparing materials, compiling information, and conducting targeted research to support broader project work across Labour Relations and HR 
  • Assist with preparing documentation or files for defined workflows or initiatives, including summarizing information, organizing materials, and supporting quality assurance activities 
  • Contribute to high-level tracking and reporting initiatives using aggregated workforce data across HR, Talent Acquisition, and Labour Relations functions. 

 

Requirements: 

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to organize and present information clearly 
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently as well as part of a team 
  • Assets: 
  • Enrollment in or exposure to Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Data/Analytics, or a related field 
  • Experience or interest in process improvement, organizing information, and working with structured data, including use of Excel and basic reporting or data visualization tools 
  • Experience organizing content within SharePoint or similar platforms and supporting document or data standardization 
  • Strong research skills, including the ability to gather, synthesize, and present information in a clear and structured way 
  • Familiarity or interest in HR, Talent Acquisition or Labour Relations functions
