Lead our workforce planning and forecasting for the Nursing Resource Team (NRT) and develop staffing plans that support a model of patient-centered care based on best practices and corporate standards, with a focus on optimizing the use of real time data and predictive analytics and professional expertise to continuously improve quality and safety.
At Humber River Hospital, the Clinical Manager of Workforce Planning and Forecasting plays a key role in delivering and supporting patient care for ongoing improvement of patient flows and operational performance.
We are currently seeking an experienced Manager, Clinical Workforce Planning and Forecasting to join our Professional Practice department and provide oversight of our Nursing Resource Team. The ideal candidate has proven clinical management experience, along with exceptional people management skills. This individual must be well-versed workforce planning and analytics, along with relevant experience managing forecasting data.
