Hours of work: Must be available to work rotating 12 hour shifts, Days/Nights and Weekend Rotation.

Position Responsibilities:
- RN responsibilities with a focus on assessment and total patient care to women in the antepartum, intrapartum and the immediate postpartum period as well as stabilization and transitional care of the newborn.
- Scrubbing and circulating for cesarean births.
- Patient and family education and support.
- Expectation to work on the Mother Baby Unit when the need arises.
Qualifications:
- Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario required.
- BCLS/CPR certification upon hire to show proof of valid current certification (Registered Nurses currently employed by HRH are exempted).
- Current NRP certificate required or agreement to obtain within 3 months of commencement into position.
- Fetal Monitoring Course required or agreement to obtain within 3 months of commencement into position.
- Recent Birthing Unit experience required.

- Proficiency in initiating IV therapy and venipuncture skills preferred.

Position Responsibilities:
- Gather and document functional requirements from client stakeholders
- Develop value propositions and benefits to evaluate client solutions
- Coordinate and support process redesign activities, including workflow mapping, options analysis, and gap analysis
- Gather, analyze and interpret data and information to support problem-solving and decision-making
- Assist Project Managers in all phases of project management. This includes:
- Development and monitoring of project plans
- Development of status reports and business cases
- Supporting risk and issue mitigation activities, including maintenance of Risk, Issue, Action Item, and Decision (RAID) Logs

Job Responsibilities:
- Scanning a variety of cases, including: neuro, musculoskeletal, abdominal, angiographic and breast patients.
- Prepare and assess patients for MRI including MRI safety screening, obtaining contrast consent, confirm exam validity, and resourcing Radiologist as is necessary
- Complete exam process by image review, confirming documentation and presenting to radiologists for reporting via PACS
- Knowledge of and dutifully follows MRI safety practices for the protection of the patient, colleagues and self
Qualifications:
- Registration with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO) as an MRI Technologist required.
- MRT plus MRI certification required.
- Registration with CAMRT preferred.
- Previous recent clinical MRI experience required.

Responsibilities:
- Perform all CT procedures as per determined department protocols or as directed by the Radiologist
- Ability to operate all types of equipment used within the departments, including CT scanner,Contrast Injectors,etc
- Prepare and assess patients for CT scan including obtaining contrast consent, confirming exam validity,sterile technique practices and resourcing Radiologist as is necessary
- Complete exam process by image review, confirming documentation and presenting to radiologists for reporting via PACS

Requirements:
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
- Current BCLS/CPR certification.
- Venipuncture skills required.
- Minimum 3 years recent experience in Mental Health/Addictions required. Recent crisis experience required.
- BScN or degree in health sciences preferred.
- Child/adolescent psychiatric experience preferred.
- Expert knowledge of the Mental Health Act.
- An awareness and Knowledge/experience in Trauma Informed Care preferred

Position Responsibilities:
- Patient population includes a variety of areas and may include inpatient acute medical, ICU, Surgical, Emergency and Geriatric Patients.
- Provide psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, discharge planning and counselling to patients and their families.
- Act as liaison and assist patients and staff with community resources.
- Discharge planning and patient flow within the acute and community sectors.
- Works as a member of the health care team.
- Flexibility in caseload and program assignment.
- Able to manage and prioritize patient caseload in a busy acute care setting.
- Participates in reflective practice as per College standards.
- Clinical supervision of social work students.
- Provides cross-coverage of Social Work Services for vacation/staffing relief.
- Cross coverage may also include coverage at the Reactivation Care Centres (RCC) located at the Finch Site and Church Sites.
Qualifications:
- MSW obtained from an accredited school of Social Work required.
- Current membership with OASW and OCCSWSSW, or eligibility to become a member required.
- Experience in the acute and/or sub-acute sector system, patient flow and discharge planning is an asset and preferred.
- Computer skills required; ability to manage electronic recording, workload and meet submission timelines.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the acute, sub-acute and community sector. Knowledge of community resources an asset.

Position Responsibilities:
- Responsible for clerical support including patient registration and discharge, maintenance of patient records, order entry and statistics.
- Responsible for customer service including scheduling appointments, answering patient inquiries, telephone inquiries, greeting patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
- Communicates with bed allocation and other departments to arrange patient placement.
- Communicates with other departments and service areas
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Completion of a Community College Medical Secretary Diploma an asset.
- Completion of a medical terminology course preferred.
- Minimum 1 year full time equivalent recent clerical experience required, preferably in a health care setting.
- Recent Emergency registration experience preferred, including EDM.
- Good keyboarding skills, with minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills, both oral and written
- MEDITECH computer experience an asset
